api-anything call khan-academy getCourse subject=math course=geometry-tx

Operations

OperationMethodLoginWritesStatus
getCourse(subject, course) -> id, title, description, path, slug, locale, subject, subjectPath

Get public course identity and short catalog description.

GET no no Live0 confirmations
listUnits(subject, course) -> id, title, path, slug

List public course units in the order returned by the course frontend.

GET no no Live0 confirmations

Notes

Use subject and course as the two path segments of an existing public course link. For example, /math/geometry-tx uses subject=math course=geometry-tx. Only lowercase letters, digits and hyphens are accepted. No account is required for the checked public courses.

Paths in results are relative to https://www.khanacademy.org. IDs are Khan Academy content identifiers. Course descriptions are short catalog text. Units follow the frontend's course ordering and can include teacher resources or simulations, so a unit is not necessarily a lesson or a count of lessons. English and US context are fixed in the captured request. Other locales, unlisted courses and full subject catalogs are unverified.

About these operations

Each operation is a request learned from Khan Academy's own web pages: API Anything replays it over plain HTTP and falls back to a browser when it must. Read them as JSON.
